All of REDI field drilling crews are highly experienced in most all types of drilling procedures and are properly safety trained in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.120. All field personnel are also medically qualified to enter hazardous waste sites.

REDI has been in business since Nov. 1992 and our family has been in the drilling business for 3 generations. We have many combined years of experience in providing high quality, cost effective environmental, geotechnical and mineral drilling services to private clients and State and Federal agencies. The managers not only have many years of hands-on drilling experience, but also have over 25 combined years of managing drilling projects across the United States.

Our number one priority, at Roberts Environmental Drilling Inc., is SAFETY! Accidents have always been inherent in the drilling industry. However, we are confident that with the proper training, work policies and work practices, accidents can be minimized. Our field crews are highly experienced and knowledgeable in all drilling activities, and are themselves, committed to an accident free workplace.

Each drilling unit and all associated augers, rods, samplers, and hand tools are decontaminated with a high-pressure hot water/steam cleaner prior to mobilizing to each environmental project site. The drilling equipment and tooling are decontaminated between each boring and monitoring well to prevent cross-contamination of borings. An equipment decontamination pad can be supplied and constructed at each project site if containment of decontamination water is necessary.

Health & Safety

REDI field personnel are in compliance with OSHA regulations for workers on hazardous waste sites and are enrolled in a medical monitoring program. The crews will fully comply with the site-specific Health and Safety Plan and our own in-house safety policies & procedures. All field crews are equipped and trained to operate at personal protective levels D, C, & B.
